Robert G. Fulbright, PhD., of Waynesville, N.C. is serving as the newly President Elect of the North Carolina Senior Citizens Association. Robert Fulbright is a Senior Christian Education Consultant and teacher. He has an AA Degree, Mars Hill College, a BA, Furman University; MA and PhD Degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas and post doctoral work from Mansfield College, Oxford University, Oxford, England as well as Boston College, Boston, MA. The North Carolina Senior Citizens Association is very proud that Dr. Fulbright chose to become a member of the Board and officer of the Association.
