The NCSCA office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00
a.m. until 4:30 p.m. except as noted below.
Holiday & Summer Schedule
Memorial Day thru Labor Day, the office will close at noon
on Friday.
Christmas Eve thru New Year’s Day, the office will
be closed.

Coming from the North or South on
I-95
● Take EXIT 46B off I-95. This
is HWY 87N towards Fayetteville
● Continue traveling on HWY 87N for
5.4 miles
● Take EXIT 104 to Robeson
Street
● At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto Robeson
Street
● Continue traveling on Robeson Street for
1.7 miles
● The office is located in Highland
Place on the corner of Robeson Street
and Raeford Rd. Highland
Place is an office park. There are several brick
buildings with green shutters in the park. You will
see the park on your right immediately before the Robeson/Raeford
intersection. Three office buildings face Robeson
Street. We are located in Building 2529. If
